She'd heard that Azula had been moved to a new room; part of her worried about this. Azula was manipulative... did she happen to get to Zuko? Why else would he have moved her? The girl sighed, her bangs fluttering slightly when doing so. Something seemed off, but she couldn't put her finger on it. (It didn't help that part of her wondered if Azula actually was getting better.)
The lump in her throat thickened as she neared Azula's room. She had to keep confident. She had to keep strong. She had to endure this. She was better than she had been years ago. "Come on, Ty Lee," she whispered to herself. "Azula holds nothing on you anymore... right?" Even she couldn't lie to herself.
With a deep breath, she knocked on the door.
((Open to Ty Lee and Azula; takes place a day after Mai and Zuko's visit))

When he reaches the toilet, he pukes. Realizing he has no clue how he got to palace last night. He decides to rest his head on soft toilet cover, and waits until the rooms stops spinning. Hopefully he can catch his thoughts to make sense of the night before.
(I wanted to start off with Mai than we are going to end up with Azula.)

Mai's idea of relaxation never coincided with most people's. When people thought of "relaxing", they thought of curling up somewhere, maybe reading or snoozing, or spending time with something or someone cuddly. Maybe it had something to do with food or scenery.
Or, in Zuko's case, it meant making an ass out of himself in front of dozens of people.
But, whatever. Mai considered herself a pretty understanding wife, and she knew that of all times, right now was probably one of the best times for Zuko to unwind in stupid ways. It wasn't every day that civil war was announced, and it wasn't every day that that usually involved a personal vendetta against him.
And yet... Mai realised that now was as good time as any to get a little problem figured out. As she walked through the quiet and disinfected hallways of the palace infirmary, she idly wondered if her thoughts - and worries - were merely paranoid assumptions brought along by the stress of the events. She hadn't told anyone - especially her mother - what she had suspected about herself, and vowed never to until she was sure.
The cynic part of her brain, the one that often found shadow in even the brightest of moments, had her thinking that, despite all of this, she had the worst timing.
With a rolling of her eyes, she kept walking with purpose towards the end of the hallway, determined to see the Royal Physician once and for all.
[Timing Note: Occurs during Zuko's bar-post, but prior to his midnight-post.]
Open to Mai, NPC_Inc, and later Zuko (if needed).

Zuko legendary love of cheap swill leads him to his favorite hole in the wall bar, Blue Dragon Inn. The den of thugs and lowlife know him as Lee The Party King a Earth Kingdom merchant from Omashu. Zuko loves the thrill of being incognito and drinking till he passes out. It makes himself feel really alive.
Zuko walks up to the loud noise bar and smiles as a pair of drunken hooligans toss a man on to the muddy street. From the smell, it seemed like the poor sap drank too much and soiled himself, so he takes long strides around him, and pushes past the now laughing drunkards. He walks into the bar. The air is thick with smoke, but the atmosphere was surely alive with the sounds of real people. Zuko walks to his normal table by the stage and sits down. It doesn't take long for the waitress to find him. She rests a hand on his shoulder and says, "Well Master Lee welcome back to the Blue Dragon Inn. Shall I set you up with the normal. A shot of fire water and a pitcher of our finest?"
Feeling a hand on his shoulder, he looks up at her, however, he notices her shirt was cut much lower today as usual. He smiles and says loudly, so she can hear of noise, "I am feeling adventurous today Ming bring me a order of pork wantons and fried dumplings."
Ming gives him a look of disgust that he actually braving the food here, but says with smile, "It will be right out Hun." She gives his shoulder a gently squeeze and walks away.
Suddenly, the bar quiets down and Zuko notices a few of the female patrons weave through the crowd to the tables by the stage and sit regardless if their was people their before them. Zuko is surprised that two or three of them sat at his table. Politely asking if he needed the other chairs around the table. Giggling to themselves, Zuko overhears them talking about a cute pipa performer named Fong Li.

He jammed his eyes shut. Stop thinking about it. He had to. If he didn't calm down, he didn't know what he'd do. Maybe he needed to talk to someone. ...where was Katara? He suddenly realized he'd left her behind. Idiot.
It took him a moment to realize where he was: in front of Azula's cell. He was surprised it was so quiet, for once. Maybe she was doing better?
Aang, looking for any form of distraction, knocked on her door politely after nodding to the guard outside.

Toph walked with Fong, hand in hand, towards the Silver Phoenix. The Silver Phoenix was the newest hotel in the Fire Nation. Fire Lord Zuko decreed, several months after the war had ended that the money that was to be spent on war was now to be spent on hotels and tourism. The Silver Phoenix was the first hotel of it's kind built in the years following the war. It was built within the walls of the capital within walking distance from the Palace. It faced the water on both sides and was raised several feet, making it one of the tallest buildings within the capital.
The Silver Phoenix was one of the most romantic hotels in the Fire Nation. Couples from all over the Fire Nation, and the world would come to share their love and nupitals in front of one another and the gods, so it was no surprise that Fong Li chose this particular hotel for his tryst with the Mountain Mover.
Toph stepped onto the carpet and rubbed her toes between them. She could smell the fire roses that sat in a vase above the fireplace. The windows were open and she could smell the sea and hear the trees blowing in the breeze.
"Oh Fong, this place is wonderful," she said, smiling widely and throwing herself on the bed, ignoring the simple fact that her clothes were still wet and covered in dirt.

Eventually, she did leave and head to the inner garden with Zuko, near the turtle-duck pond. Azula squinted at the warm sunlight, taking in the feeling of strength it gave her and knowing her firebending would be so powerful out in the sun.
“What have the servants prepared?” She stared at the turtle-ducks who still stayed to the far end of the pond, wary of her. She smiled. Not everyone had lost their sense of fear.
OOC: Zuko and Mai can reply at any time!
